2010-10-23 Central Dog Park on a Sunny Saturday Afternoon
After a quick morning kayak paddle on the Passaic River, I met Scraps and Rags at the dog park. I arrived an 11:05 and started snapping photos and Scraps and Rags arrived about 10 minutes after. We only had about 45 minutes to stay before we had to leave, but it was a good photo session.
There were a fair amount of dog in the large dog park, the small dog park was empty. The nice thing was that between 11:00 and 12:00 the sun was pointing to the west and the expansive rolling hills of the dog park with its peaking autumnal leaves serving as a back-drop. This gave me my best opportunity in weeks to catch some dogs in a good light and todays' photos are some of the best I have captured in a little while, so check them out.
